Top-Up Sessions are exclusive to these packages, in case you wish to add in a session or two on top of your regular monthly session count.

Top-Up Sessions are charged at a single session rate dependent upon your chosen package, for example, beginner 12 would be £420 /12 = £35.

Fitness is not a punishment, but a blessing. Nutrition is not restrictive, but healing. Health is not a one-size-fits-all, but a unique journey for each person.
